Mrs.Annika Ulltveit-Moe, is authorized as FCI all-breed judge. She was first authorized as a judge for all spaniel breeds in 1984, and since that it has extend with more breeds, and groups, until she was authorized allround judge in 2001.

 She also judge all groups and Best in Show.
 

Annika Ulltveit-Moe, have judged in :
